Dr. Rhetta据斯坦德菲尔 has over 15 years teaching experience in the field of 管理. Originally from Florida, she has lived and worked in the Midwest primarily, but also spent a year teaching in France. She has published her research in such journals as 人际关系, Academy of 管理 Education Journal, Journal of Managerial Psychology，和 Journal of 领导 and Organizational Studies. She lives in Naperville with her husband Scott, their son Michael，和ir cat Dapple.
